In their village, the women of Jagruti and Panchshil Mahila Bachat Gath based in Nashik district have turned tradition into opportunity through their masala-making enterprise. Using the traditional Kandap processing method, they prepare authentic spices filled with rich aroma, freshness, and flavour that are loved by households around them.

What began as a small micro business has now become the alternate source of income they had long been searching for. With every packet sold, these women are earning with dignity and helping support household expenses, children’s education, and daily needs.
